40 for Forty Fundraising Campaign - Support Student Research!

CosmicAI is excited to participate in the annual 40 for Forty fundraising campaign! We are fundraising to support undergraduate students in AI-driven astronomy research through paid summer internships! Your support will sponsor students to work with CosmicAI members (comprised of leading experts in AI and astronomy at top universities, including UT Austin) to carry out independent research projects at the intersection of AI/machine learning and astronomy.

The research internships will provide hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving area of AI/ML and equip students with essential skills needed for success in graduate school or industry.

40 Hours for the Forty Acres is The University of Texas at Austin’s annual university-wide fundraising event that encourages everyone in Longhorn Nation to make their own impact on the Forty Acres. For 40 hours, students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends come together to show their support for our campus community.

100% of the donations go to undergraduate student research.
